Scheduled Appointments (Esthetics + Mentoring)

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with proper notice may be rescheduled one time without penalty.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the scheduled time.

Grace Clause:

I understand that emergencies happen. One same-day grace reschedule may be offered at my discretion.

Mentoring Sessions

• Your time is reserved specifically for you.

• Missed sessions without notice are considered completed sessions.

• Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice.

Workshops + Classes (INCLUDING Co-Labs)

• All workshop registrations are non-refundable.

• Your payment secures your seat and covers materials purchased in advance.

• If you cannot attend:

  • You may transfer your spot to someone else (must notify in advance)

  • OR receive a one-time transfer to a future workshop (if notice is given at least 24 hours prior)

No transfers or credits will be given for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Retreats + Events

• Deposits are non-refundable (they secure your space and planning costs)

• If you cannot attend:

  • You may transfer your spot to another guest

  • In some cases, partial credit may be applied if cancellation is made well in advance (discretion applies)

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis

• Any approved refunds may be less material or processing costs

Discretion Clause 

Traci Lynn Lifestyle reserves the right to make decisions with integrity and fairness based on each situation.

Kindness will always be present —
